Crawford County: Construction update

CRAWFORD COUNTY- (Thursday, April 25, 2024) -The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Crawford County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting and is subject to change.

U.S. Route 30 resurfacing - U.S. 30, from SR 98 to just east of SR 602, will have single lane closures for a resurfacing project. Project work includes resurfacing and minor bridge work. Traffic will be maintained at all times. Estimated completion: December 2024U.S. Route 30 culvert preservation - U.S. 30, from Crawford Wyandot Road to Old Lincoln Highway, will be reduced to one lane in each direction for a culvert maintenance project. One 12-foot lane of traffic will be maintained at all times. Estimated completion: August 2024State Route 598 culvert replacement - NEW IMPACTS -State Route 598, between Middletown Road and Crestline Road, will close Monday, May 6 to complete two culvert replacements. The detour route will be SR 598 north to U.S. 30 west to SR 602 north to County Road 330 east to SR 598, and reverse. Estimated completion: Friday, May 17, 2024
