The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, October 27, 2021.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #367, Omar Antonio Williams, of Connecticut, to be United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut.

At approximately 11:00am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Nachmanoff nomination (VA District Judge) and Nagala nomination (CT District Judge), and on the motion to invoke cloture on the Williams nomination.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Olsen nomination (Asst AG) and on the Schroeder nomination (Asst AG).

At 5:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motions to invoke cloture on the Dellinger nomination (Asst AG) and Prelogar nomination (Solicitor General).

If cloture is invoked on any of the nominations, the confirmation votes will occur at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader. Those confirmation votes are expected to occur on Thursday.
