Department of Human Services Hosting Job Fair for Rewarding Service Careers at Selinsgrove Center

The Department of Human Services (DHS) is hosting a job fair at the Selinsgrove Center on June 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. The center is a live-in facility that provides extensive support for people with intellectual disabilities including daily living, social skills, medical care, and vocational training. There are multiple positions available and those interested can apply and interview on-site at the job fair.

Employees in all roles play an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team that provides 24/7 care to residents and focuses on a person-centered approach for services and supports provided. Open positions include Nurse (RN and LPN), Aide Trainee, Residential Services Aide, Food Service Worker, Utility Plant Operator, Utility Plant Trainee, Water Treatment Plan Operator Trainee, and more. Positions include regular training and educational opportunities that can help staff grow their career with Selinsgrove Center and the commonwealth.
