LAS VEGAS (July 15, 2021)- Caesars Entertainment, Inc. The Disability Equality Index (DEI) is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that helps companies build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve disability inclusion and equality. Each company receives a score, on a scale of zero (0) to 100, with those earning 80 and above recognized as a 'Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.' The DEI is a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), the nation's largest disability rights organization, and Disability:IN, the global business disability inclusion network, to advance the inclusion of people with disabilities. 'I am impressed with Caesars Entertainment's comprehensive approach to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and pleased to see their efforts reflected as the first gaming entertainment company on the 2021 Disability Equality Index,' said Jill Houghton, President & Chief Executive Officer of Disability:IN. 'Caesars looks at DEI from multiple lenses such as environmental social governance, supplier diversity, policy advocacy and thought leadership. They embrace disability inclusion as a key facet of social-economic equity, belonging and inclusion. Caesars recognizes that equity and accessibility cut across the enterprise and seeks to create sustainable impact for their Team Members, host communities and brand.'
