So, going forward, Salentica CRM will now be called Salentica Engage. What's more, coinciding with the next release, it will be available on Microsoft AppSource, the premier destination for Microsoft-compatible business applications.
This is more than a name change and a new distribution channel. Built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, which is powered by the Microsoft Azure cloud, Salentica Engage is undergoing a transformation to keep pace with advancing financial technology. The new app will include a streamlined user experience called the Unified Interface, which uses responsive web design principles to provide optimal viewing and interaction on any device, no matter the screen size or the orientation. In other words, we are putting renewed emphasis on user engagement, which is key to firm-wide adoption and usage of the full power of the solution.
Launching the solution on Microsoft AppSource will give our clients access to several complementary, cloud-based business applications, such as Microsoft Power BI for business intelligence or Microsoft Teams for workplace communication, which firms can integrate with Salentica Engage to optimize their CRM ecosystem. Salentica Engage is the only wealth management CRM system that leverages Microsoft Dynamics, and it will be the only one listed on AppSource.
