Mayor Kenney will join State House Democratic Leader Joanna McClinton, community members, elected and City officials to celebrate the recent award of $4.5 million from the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) towards the Francis J. Myers Recreation Center Rebuild project in Southwest Philadelphia.
