The State Ethics Commission is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill an entry level receptionist position in the Harrisburg office. If you possess excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills, and like working in a team environment, apply today to become a part of the Commission's administrative team.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include serving as the agency receptionist, answering the telephone, taking accurate messages, appropriately routing calls, as well as time stamping, sorting, and distributing all incoming mail. The receptionist's responsibilities will also include duties related to the Commission's electronic Statement of Financial Interests (SFI) form including interacting via e-mail with public officials/public employees regarding filing deficiencies.

Other primary duties include reviewing, coding and scanning the SFI paper form, sending notice letters of non-compliance to local and state government public officials/public employees, and completing updates to the annual SFI Print and Distribution spreadsheet.

Prior experience with answering the telephones and greeting visitors, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Outlook is preferred. Salary range is $28,577 to $33,487 and is commensurate with experience. Please provide cover letter, resume and apply to this posting on governmentjobs.com:
