Credit Recovery and AP Course Announcements

The North Dakota Center for Distance Education has discontinued Credit Recovery courses in Science, Social Studies, Math, and Health/PE. Language Arts will continue to offer 9-12 grade credit recovery courses.

If a student is seeking recovery credits in any of the discontinued curricular areas, they should be enrolled in the equivalent High School course listed in the NDCDE online store.

In lieu of Advanced Placement courses, NDCDE offers Dual Credit courses. These courses are high-rigor, collegiate-level, and students can earn college credit through Mayville State University.

NDCDE continues to provide personalized learning through differentiated measures and content, supporting and meeting individual learners' and stakeholders' needs in all academic coursework.
