16.11.2021 (12:15)

A detachment of ships and submarines of the Pacific Fleet (PF) consisting of the corvette Gremyashchy and submarines of Project 636.3 Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Volkhov made a scheduled call at the port of Manila (Republic of the Philippines) to replenish material reserves and food.

A detachment of ships performs an inter-fleet transfer from the Baltic Fleet to the place of permanent deployment to the Pacific Fleet.

The Philippine port is the last foreign port on the way of the Russian detachment, where Pacific sailors went to replenish supplies.

Since the second half of October of this year, the operational management of the detachment of ships at the transition is carried out by the Pacific Fleet.

The sailors have already left behind the Baltic, Northern, Mediterranean, Red and Arabian Seas, as well as the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.

The Gremyashchy corvette and the Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Volkhov submarines will be moored at their permanent bases in accordance with the inter-fleet transition plan.
