Prospect Ridge Advisors Provides Financing for Williams Homes
Fried Frank acted as counsel to Prospect Ridge Advisors, LLC in connection with its preferred equity investment in Williams Homes, Inc., a leading private homebuilder in the Western United States that sells single family homes for entry level and move-up homebuyers in California, Idaho, Montana, and Texas. In addition to the acquisition, Fried Frank acted as counsel in connection with the formation of a co-invest fund to raise capital to facilitate the investment.
