Police Seek Assistance With Three Robbery/Carjacking Investigations, Bathurst Street And Eglinton Avenue West Area

The Toronto Police Service are seeking the public's assistance in identifying potential suspects who are wanted for three armed robberies.

It is reported that:

Between Sunday, December 29, 2019 and Sunday, January 5, 2020, there have been three carjacking-type robberies in the Bathurst Street and Eglinton Avenue West area.

It is reported that:

- on Sunday, December 29, 2019, at approximately 5:55 p.m., two men brandished a firearm and knife and stole the victim's vehicle.

They are both described as males, 15-20 years old, white, wearing all dark clothing, a hat, gloves and a scarf covering all but their eyes

Police have since recovered the vehicle.

It is further reported that:

- on Friday, January 3, 2020, at approximately 6:16 p.m., two armed suspects attempted to rob a victim's car but were unsuccessful

- a struggle ensued and the suspects fled the scene

They are both described as approximately 15 years old, white, thin build, short brown hair, wearing black jackets, black hoodies and wearing face coverings

Police were able to recover a black replica firearm and a knife with a 4-inch blade and a 3-inch bone handle.

It is further reported that:

- on Sunday, January 5, 2020, at approximately 8 p.m., a man armed with a 12-inch shiny silver kitchen knife approached an unsuspecting victim who was cleaning snow off her car and made an unsuccessful attempt to rob her vehicle

He is described as 18-20 years old, white and dressed in black, with a black jacket with fur on the hood.
