Air strike of mock enemy was repelled by the military personnel of Eastern MD in Amur Region

The training in the search for the classification and destruction of air targets was conducted with the units of the anti-aircraft missile formation of the combined arms army of the Eastern Military District, stationed in the Amur Region.

Upon arrival at the positions, the crews reloaded the missiles from the transport-loading vehicles to the Buk air defence missile launchers and, together with the crews of the Igla portable anti-aircraft missile systems, performed the task of reconnaissance of the air situation and observation. In the course of practical actions, the crews reflected the conditional raid mock enemy aircraft on the covered command post, while performing more than 20 training (electronic) launches.

More than 250 servicemen took part in the training, more than fifty units of weapons and military equipment were involved.
