Late Homer Leads Georgia Tech Past Owls


ATLANTA, Ga. - A sixth inning home run led Georgia Tech to a 2-1 win over Kennesaw State on Wednesday night at Mewborn Field.
The Owls threatened in the top of the second inning with a single by and a double by , but the Yellow Jacket pitching staff forced a ground out and a strikeout to end the inning.

Georgia Tech took its first lead of the game in the bottom of the sixth inning off a two-run home run, giving the Ramblin' Wreck a 2-1 lead.
