Lane closure on 12th Ave SE between Alameda and Mockingbird Lane

On August 9, 2022, Public Works crews will begin repairing a damaged stormwater inlet box and grates located just south of Alameda on 12th Ave SE at the east entrance to the Alameda Square Shopping Center. The outside southbound lane of 12th AVE SE will be closed in front of the entrance to the center. These repairs will take approximately seven days to complete depending on weather conditions. Those traveling in the area should do so with caution and adhere to all signage placed.

For entrance and exit of the Alameda Square Shopping Center from 12th Ave SE, please use secondary access points. There are additional access points south of McDonald's and south of Take 5 Oil Change.
