Russia and Pakistan are building up their potential for military-technical cooperation, Deputy Defenсe Minister of the Russian Federation Colonel-General Alexander Fomin said during talks with First Deputy Minister of Defenсe of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Hilal Hussain.
