The Georgia Psychological Foundation (GPF) is looking for psychologists in Georgia who are working to improve society through voluntary effort. GPF will be giving the Berman-Gard Excellence in Service Award to a psychologist who serves as a leader in their community. The service can include public service, volunteerism, board membership and other strategic roles often not directly associated with the day-to-day work of psychologists in their careers. The Berman-Gard Excellence in Service Award recipient brings their psychological expertise to improve a community's well-being. Please nominate psychologists who fit this description. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. The award recipient will receive a $500 cash prize.
Deadline for submission is February 28, 2020.
