2023 Appendix III - Standard Reinsurance Agreement and Livestock Price Reinsurance Agreement

Modifications in the 2023 Appendix III include the following crop insurance program changes:

• Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) and Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) changes:
  • Added new premium and indemnity records to the Policy Acceptance and Storage System (PASS)
  • Modified the P09, P10, P10B, P14, and P55 to include LGM and LRP
• Added P107 exhibit to provide AIPs with a list of geospatial data layers and a brief description
• Appendix III narrative changes that included the following:
  • Added language regarding policy transfers
  • Added the P107 Geospatial Data Sources to the list of Exhibits
  • Removed all references to the Electronic Data Acceptance System
  • Updated the language to incorporate LGM and LRP being processed in PASS
