Meeting with the delegation of the state of Utah

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Muzaffar Madrakhimov met with the delegation led by the President of the Senate of Utah State Stuart Adams.

The sides discussed the proposals for the effective use of the potential for cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and the State of Utah, including through the implementation of joint investment projects in areas of mutual interest.

The parties expressed readiness to establish cooperation towards the application of Utah's experience in combating the drying up of the Great Salt Lake and its negative consequences in the Aral Sea region.
