(2)The company is changing the denomination of shares, and the denomination
per share has been changed from NT$10 to NT$5. It has obtained the approval
letter for change registration from the Central Region Office, Ministry of
Economic Affairs on 2022/6/16.(No.11133359520),and the approval letter
from TPEx Center on 2022/6/29 (No.1110006528).
(3)In accordance with the above denomination change, the reference price
of the new stock will be adjusted proportionally to 1/2 of the closing
price of the old stock on the last trading day.
(4)Financial information such as earnings per share or net value per
share will change after the change of stock denomination. Investors are
advised to use the financial reports and financial ratio analysis
published by MOPS as a reference for investment analysis.
