This program encourages central Ohio kindergarten - 8th grade students to spend time reading and sharpen their learning skills.

To get your students reading, set up the Book Jackets program - whether at home or in the classroom - to run over a four-week period, which must be completed by April 15, 2021. The deadline to register your classroom or your children for Book Jackets is March for the 2020-21 school year.

The program offers plenty of resources for both parents and teachers to inspire young readers. Once your children have read for a certain amount of minutes, they can receive prizes from the Columbus Blue Jackets.
