Home Office major projects: appointment letters for Senior Responsible Owners

Each government department publishes the letters of appointment for their GMPPSROs. These letters include the date of appointment, the project deliverables, what the SRO is responsible for and how long the role is expected to last.

The guidance for officials giving evidence to Parliamentary Select Committees, known as the Osmotherly Rules was updated on 17 October 2014. As part of this update we are committed to publishing GMPPSRO letters of appointment.

3. 20 April 2022

   Updated 'Home Office biometrics programme: SRO appointment letter' with new appointment letter for Jason Dewhurst.

   Replaced 'FBIS programme - Tranches 1 and 2: SRO appointment letter' and 'FBIS programme - Tranche 3: SRO appointment letter' documents with 'Future Borders and Immigration System (FBIS) Programme: SRO appointment letter' documents.
