Authentic Holdings, Inc. (the "Registrant") has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the "Annual Report") by the prescribed date because the Registrant requires additional time to complete the final review of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Annual Report. The Registrant is working diligently to complete the Annual Report and currently expects to file the Annual Report as soon as practicable and on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
