Customers visiting Specsavers in Droitwich were able to learn more about contact lenses as the store hosted a Big Fit Day on Saturday 17 November.
The aim was to educate specs wearers who haven't perhaps considered contacts before and let them know what options are available. Those who were interested were able to have a closer look at the lenses and could trial them to see how they got on. This even extended to customers who'd had a sight test and were waiting to choose their specs.
A word from the store director
'Sometimes it's good to have a change and if you've worn specs for a while but not thought about contacts, we wanted to give our customers the chance to not only ask us questions but to give them a go,' said store director, Emma Singh.
'We were able to chat to lots of people and hopefully help them understand a bit more about the different types of lenses available. We also gave out goody bags and balloons on what was a really successful day.'
