Digital Measures Workshops

We are excited to report that Digital Measures, our online faculty activity reporting system, is being used across all our colleges. Faculty are logging into the system, checking their pre-populated records to make sure they are accurate, and entering data that will be used in the upcoming annual performance and planning review. In the past month alone, almost 5,000 records have been added to the Digital Measures system!

We are now offering weekly workshops via Zoom every Tuesday from 9-10am and Wednesday from 2-3pm for faculty to receive training on Digital Measures. Please note that in order to receive the correct Zoom link you will need to register for the specific session you would like to attend. IMPORTANT:

  • Data and reports for the upcoming annual review (to be conducted January-February 2020; covering the time period July 1 2018 to December 31 2019) will come from information in Digital Measures.
  • Your annual faculty report will no longer be completed in a Word document or in an email - it will be pulled from the information that is in the Digital Measures system.
  • A total of 2 years of data (January 1 2018 through December 31 2019) is required to be entered into the Digital Measures system prior to the beginning of January 2020, when annual activity reports will be pulled by the departments/divisions.
  • All faculty across all colleges and UTHSC locations who receive annual reviews must use Digital Measures beginning with the upcoming annual review.
