Jai Massari quoted in Financial Times on digital asset regulation

Davis Polk partner Jai Massari was quoted in the Financial Times on digital asset regulation and enforcement in the United States. Jai addressed the ongoing challenge of determining "what kind of product [the digital asset] is, so that we can understand where it fits within the existing U.S. regulatory framework." She noted that currently "we see a lot more on the enforcement front than on the regulatory front" and that cases playing out in court will impact the regulatory landscape going forward.
