Taft Detroit Continues Expansion with Additions to Healthcare and Business Groups

Taft Detroit announces the addition of Greg Moore and Chris Ryan, both from Dickinson Wright, as partners in the firm's Healthcare practice group and Jacob Simon, from Bodman, as a Business associate to the firm.

With over 25 years of expertise in healthcare, Moore specializes in regulatory, transactional, and litigation services. He holds a bachelor of arts from Indiana University and a juris doctor degree from the Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Beyond his professional pursuits, Moore actively contributes to the community, serving on the Common Ground Board of Trustees and volunteering for the Crisis Text Line.

Ryan's career has focused on representing businesses, physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, and insurance companies in a wide range of litigation and administrative matters throughout the healthcare industry. Additionally, he possesses in-depth experience with intellectual property cases involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Ryan earned his bachelor of business administration at the Western Michigan University Haworth College of Business and his juris doctor at the Michigan State University College of Law.

Simon's work focuses on the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions and on general organizational and business matters. He has extensive professional work experience in the legal and financial industries. Simon received his juris doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School, an M.B.A. from the Wayne State University Mike Ilitch School of Business, and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
