VNV Global AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

Reference is made to press releases made by VNV Global AB (publ) (the "Company") on 17 June 2021 and on 18 June 2021 regarding the bonds in an initial amount of SEK 500 million issued by the Company on 24 June 2021 (the "Bonds").

The Company has today applied for admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading is expected to be on 28 July 2021. For the purpose of the listing, the Company has prepared a prospectus that has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is available on the Company's website www.vnv.global and on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website www.fi.se.
