Endorsement to Bill RA Criminal Procedure Code

On June 14, the extraordinary sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs moderated by Vladimir Vardanyan was held.

As the RA Deputy Minister of Justice Armen Hovhannisyan presented the draft law the RA Criminal Procedure Code authored by the Government was debated in the second reading.

The key speaker has noted that the revised version of the bill is introduced.

The Committee endorsed the draft law.

The debate of the legislative package on Making Amendment and Addendum to the Constitutional Law the RA Judicial Code, on Service, Ensuring the Activities of the Officials and Their Social Guarantees in the second reading authored by the NA deputies Artur Davtyan, Vladimir Vardanyan, Anna Karapetyan was postponed by the key speaker Artur Davtyan up to two months.
