The third and last of the 'triplet ships' for the Danish shipowner Esvagt was handed over today by the subsidiary Havyard Leirvik. The yard has now delivered a total of six offshore windfarm service vessels and thereby gained a strong position in this segment. Of key subcontracts, Norwegian Electric Systems has delivered the bridge solution and automation and electric power systems on board. Norwegian Greentech has provided a system for treatment of ballast water, while HAV Design has been responsible for the ship design. Please see the attached press release for further information.
