Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #896 Dara Lindenbaum, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Election Commission.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

At approximately 2:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #855, Stephanie Dawkins Davis, of Michigan, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #896 Dara Lindenbaum, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Election Commission.

Additional roll call votes are expected during Tuesday's session in relation to the pending nominations.
