Oslo Børs - Double Volume Cap effective from 14.01.2020

Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has informed Oslo Børs that the following equity instrument have breached the 'Volume Cap' defined in MiFIR art. 5: ISIN Ticker Liquidity LU0075646355 SUBC Liquid NO0010631567 SRBANK Liquid NO0010657505 BRG Liquid This restricts the use of the following pre-trade transparency waivers for the above instrument at Oslo Børs to order-/transaction sizes above Large-in-Scale for a period of six months starting from 14.01.2020: - Orders below Large-in-Scale will be rejected in North Sea order books [Reference price waiver - MiFIR art. 4(1)(a)] - Transactions reported below Large-in-Scale will be rejected [Negotiated transactions waiver - MiFIR art. 4(1)(b)(i)]. In practice this means that Negotiated Trades can no longer be reported with the Trade Sub Type 'O' and 'OK' for liquid instruments, all other trade sub types can be used as before. Non-liquid instruments' trade reporting is unaffected by the double volume cap.
