Asturiana de Laminados registers a 50 million bond programme in MARF

BME's Fixed Income Market, MARF, has registered today the first bond programme of Asturiana de Laminados (elZinc) through which the company will be able to issue up to a maximum of 50 million euros. The bonds will have a unit face value of 100,000 euros, while their interest rates and maturities will be determined at the time of each issuance. The funds will be used to repay debt, support the company's growth plan over the next years and make investments.

GBS Finance is acting as Placement Agent and Banco Sabadell as Paying Agent. Singular Bank will be the Registered Advisor of the issuer on MARF. Law firm Gómez Acebo y Pombo has acted as Legal Advisor in the programme.

Axesor Risk Management has issued a rating report assigning the issuer a long-term rating of BB- with stable trend.

Asturiana de Laminados was incorporated in 2006. Is one of the world's leading producers of rolled zinc and is one of the Asturian companies with greatest international projection. It is present in 50 countries and exports approximately 97% of its production. The company is close to full production its principal product, zinc reels & sheets in three main varieties: natural, pre patinated or coloured zinc. It invests in R&D&I and has a clear commitment to sustainability, both in its production processes, in the materials it uses and in the management of its waste.

The company closed 2020 with a turnover of 76.2 million euros and an EBITDA of 6.8 million. Asturiana de Laminados is listed on BME Growth© and is part of the IBEX Growth Market 15©.
