Neoenergia remains committed to the development of professionals in its regions of operation. Therefore, it continues to expand employment opportunities and enable individual training. After making 695 contracts in the first quarter of 2021 alone, 271% higher than in the same period of 2020, the company continues to expand the staff, with over 350 opportunities to work at Neoenergia Distribuição Brasília to be offered over the next 12 months. In addition, the company has just announced the first vacancies for the School of Electricians in the Federal District - a project already carried out in the other concession areas of the company, offering free training for the profession of electrician. ​

The opening of 100 vacancies for technical training, still this June, through the School of Electricians, will be carried out through a partnership with the Government of the Federal District. The opportunities are aimed at men and women who, in the midst of a challenging scenario, can count on an important initiative to generate jobs and income to alternative to the economic adversities of the country.
