Bismarck Fire Department Responds to Mobile Home Fire.

BISMARCK, ND-The Bismarck Fire Department extinguished a fire in a mobile home in the 2500 block of E Broadway in Bismarck.

At approximately 9:06 PM on March 28th, 2024, the Bismarck Fire Department received a call for a report of a structure fire on 2500 block of Broadway. Bismarck fire crews were dispatched to respond.

Fire crews were informed en route that the mobile home was not occupied. Firefighters arrived to find a single-wide trailer house with heavy smoke and fire coming out of the street side. Persons on the scene confirmed that the trailer was unoccupied. Fire crews advanced hose lines to extinguish the fire and did a full search to ensure that it was vacant. When the fire was extinguished, fire crews overhauled the trailer to find and put out any smoldering material.

No injuries were reported to firefighters.

There was heavy fire damage throughout the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
