Savills IM appoints Yo-Hann Tan as Managing Director, Client Capital

Savills Investment Management has appointed Yo-Hann Tan to the role of Managing Director, Client Capital.

Based in Singapore, Yo-Hann will report to Co-Head, Global Client Capital Michael Flynn, and be responsible for further developing Savills IM's strategic capital partnerships in key markets including Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

He joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate (2013-2021), where he was formerly CEO of its Hong Kong business, Head of APAC for BNP Paribas Real Estate (incorporating Strutt and Parker) and Director, BNP Paribas Real Estate Singapore Pte Ltd. Prior to this, Yo-Hann held roles including senior positions in private law practice (1997-2006) and with Aareal Bank (2006-2011) in Singapore.

Yo-Hann has extensive experience in international real estate investments, development and finance. He has worked on landmark transactions in Asia and Europe across the debt and equity spectrum.
