With the Multi superapp, Multiplan shopping centers offer 10% parking discount

Designed to offer greater convenience to clients, as of January 3, 2022¹, Multiplan's shopping mall customers will enjoy a 10% discount when paying for parking using the Multi superapp. The application has racked up more than 1.8 million downloads, more than 700,000 unique users in the last 30 days and over 3 million invoices registered in promotions in the same period (two new Multi records) and has a score of 4.9 out of 5.0 in the app stores.

"We want to learn increasingly more about our clients' preferences, integrating more features and benefits into Multi to provide a complete experience. In addition to the 10% discount, users will be able to pay their parking fees faster, anywhere, and without confronting lines," said Richard Svartman, Multiplan's Digital Strategy Director.

To pay for parking through the app, you simply access the Multi app and select the shopping center you are in, click on "Parking Payment" on the main tab and scan your ticket. The super-app also provides other customer amenities, such as activation of discount coupons, access to information about stores and restaurant reservations, among others.
