Apax Funds’ Acquisition of Rodenstock Group

Shearman & Sterling is advising the lenders in connection with the senior financing in support of the acquisition of Rodenstock Group by funds advised by Apax (Apax Funds).

Headquartered in Munich, Germany, Rodenstock has been a global leader in prescription lenses for over 140 years, with a strong reputation for innovative product development and market leading technologies.
