The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified Travis Douglass and Audrey Petty as the decedents in the September 23 fatality crash on Medical Parkway.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., officers responded to the 4100 block of Medical Parkway in reference to a single vehicle collision into a building. The driver, Tristen Reyna, was traveling southbound on Medical Parkway when he left the roadway and struck a building.
Travis Douglass and Audrey Petty were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Tristen Reyna was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
