Delegations from military establishments of Russia and Turkey hold negotiations in Moscow

Delegations from Russian Federation Defence Ministry and Republic of Türkiye National Defence Ministry have held negotiations in Moscow.

The parties have discussed the issues on safe departure of Turkish merchant ships and grain export from the Ukrainian ports, as well as approaches to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea.

The delegations have emphasised the importance of bilateral cooperation that enabled the access from the port of Mariupol, including the departure of Turkish dry-cargo ship Azov Concord. The parties have agreed to continue consultations.
