Former Redmond, Beaverton superintendent earns first COSA Lifetime Achievement Award

The Coalition of Oregon School Administrators has awarded Jerome "Jerry" Colonna its 2024 Lifetime Achievement Award.

Colonna is the award's first recipient, and it will be named the COSA Jerome Colonna Lifetime Achievement Award.

Colonna is a former superintendent of the Redmond and Beaverton school districts and a former member of the Oregon State Board of Education. He was named the 2001 Oregon Superintendent of the Year. He also was a Eugene administrator and a teacher in Oregon, Alaska and California.
