NASHVILLE, TENN. - U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) today released a video slamming an activist judge's unprecedented order barring President Donald Trump from attending Supreme Court arguments in his own case tomorrow morning.

"Hey everybody. You have heard me talk about two tiers of justice for years. I know Tennesseans are tired of this, the American people are tired of it, and there is no better example of this than what is happening to President Donald Trump with Alvin Bragg's sham trial. Now, when you look at the fact that there is this gag order - that thing should be removed. Allow President Trump to speak for himself. Allow him to go to the Supreme Court hearing tomorrow on his own case. And by the way, while you are at it, let's make certain that he can go to his son's high school graduation. It is time to lift that gag order."
