Athens Community Center is Hiring a Part-Time Building Supervisor

The City of Athens, Ohio is now seeking qualified candidates for the part-time position of Community Center Building Supervisor for the Arts, Parks, and Recreation Department.

Community Center Building Supervisors are responsible for assisting front desk staff, supervising the functions of the facility by making rounds, setting up and taking down tables and chairs for rentals and special events, and being the main point of contact when full time staff is not in the building. Ability to problem solve, work directly with the public in a friendly and professional manner, and perform many different functions is essential. This is a part-time, year round position and applicants must be able to work weekend mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and occasional weekday evenings. This position is covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act. At least a one year commitment is preferred.
