SiriusPoint Appoints Phil Wooldridge to Grow London US Casualty Book

Hamilton, Bermuda, 17 August 2022 - SiriusPoint Ltd. ("SiriusPoint" or the "Company") (NYSE: SPNT), a global specialty insurer and reinsurer, has announced it has appointed Phil Wooldridge as Head of London US Casualty.

Phil has more than 25 years of experience in the US Casualty markets, and working with the existing team, will focus on growing SiriusPoint's US Casualty treaty book. Based in London, he will report to Head of London and International Casualty, Nick Pascall.

Phil, who will start his new role on September 5, joins SiriusPoint from MS Amlin Syndicate, where he spent 12 years in various roles, most recently as Chief Underwriting Officer, Reinsurance. He was previously at Argo Group as a US Liability Class Underwriter and started his career as a liability underwriter at Faraday in London.
