Instinctif Partners retains gold standard in PRCA accreditation

Instinctif Partners has been awarded a gold standard by the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) in its Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation for 2021. The agency is part of a small group that has held the CMS accreditation for more than a decade.

The PRCA CMS accreditation recognises excellence in business practices in PR and communications agencies and in-house teams. This accreditation ensures that we are offering the highest standards possible across nine core areas including business planning and management, campaign management and diversity. The audit shows organisations where their strengths lie as well as where there is room for improvements, which raises the bar for those that take part.

This year, Instinctif Partners' strengths were identified in the areas of diversity, client services and people management.

Francis Ingham, Director General of the PRCA said: "Congratulations to Instinctif for being awarded the Gold CMS Standard in recognition of sustained excellence in PR and communications for more than 10 years."

He added: "Instinctif provided evidence on diversity, client and people management during the assessment. On client management, staff are well briefed on the processes, expectations, and rationale, ensuring that client satisfaction is very much at the heart of the agency's work. On diversity, the agency has in place a series of robust policies that undergo regular review. The policies are clear, comprehensive, and give special attention to the many ways people can feel excluded from the workplace… Instinctif demonstrated a commitment to attracting a wide pool of candidates and presenting the PR industry as place for all."
