The Senate confirmed the nominations of Jerome Powell for a second term as Federal Reserve Chairman, Lisa Cook and Philip Jefferson to be Members of the Federal Reserve Board, Julia Gordon to lead the Federal Housing Administration, Asmeret Asefaw Berhe to be Director of the Department of Energy's Office of Science, Alvaro Bedoya to be a Member of the Federal Trade Commission, Susan Tsui Grundmann to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and Ann Claire Phillips to be Administrator of the Maritime Administration.

• House - The House passed a $40 billion supplemental appropriations package to support Ukraine (H.R. 7691), the Rights for the TSA Workforce Act (H.R. 903), the Federal Firefighters Fairness Act (H.R. 2499), a resolution to allow Congressional staff to form a union, (H.Res. 915), the Russia and Belarus Financial Sanctions Act (H.R. 7066), the Ukraine Comprehensive Debt Payment Relief Act (H.R. 7081), the Isolate Russian Government Officials Act (H.R. 6891), the Russia and Belarus SDR Exchange Prohibition Act (H.R. 6899), and the Community Services Block Grant Modernization Act (H.R. 5129).

• Senate - The Senate will continue its consideration of pending nominations, including Mary Boyle to be a Member of the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The Senate is expected to vote on the House-passed $40 billion supplemental appropriations package to support Ukraine (H.R. 7691).
