Fried Frank acted as counsel to Citigroup Global Markets Inc.; DNB Markets, Inc.; BTIG, LLC; Nomura Securities International, Inc.; Clarksons Platou Securities Inc.; Fearnley Securities, Inc.; and Kepler Cheuvreux; as underwriters in connection with the US$175 million public offering of 19.4 million shares of Eneti Inc. Eneti (formerly Scorpio Bulkers Inc.) is a NYSE listed company focused on the offshore wind and marine-based renewable energy industry through the operation of wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs). This was Eneti's first public offering following its transformation from a dry bulk shipping business to a WTIV owner-operator.
