10/20/2021 - Berkshire Bank Promotes Joseph DelSoldato, to Vice President, and Relationship Manager for MyBanker

PITTSFIELD, MA -- October 20, 2021 -- Berkshire Bank, a socially responsible community-dedicated bank with locations primarily in New England and New York, announced the Bank has promoted Joseph DelSoldato to VP, Relationship Manager, MyBanker. Mr. DelSoldato has over 15 years of experience in relationship management retail banking, most recently as Berkshire Bank's Williams Street Branch Manager.

"We are delighted that Joe has taken on this important role in Berkshire County as he brings vast experience in providing top-notch customer service to his clients. The My Banker program offers personalized banking services to customers wherever they are, exemplifying community banking at its core. In his role as a MyBanker, DelSoldato will provide services to the Berkshire County market that include a single point of contact for banking needs, exceptional service, and free financial counseling service to help customers navigate through their next big financial life stage.

DelSoldato is the president of the Berkshire County Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, and the treasurer for The Western Massachusetts Duck Hunters Association. He is a former board member of the Berkshire Adult Baseball League.

DelSoldato holds his bachelor's degree in Business from Westfield State University. He is a graduate of Monument Mountain High and lives locally in the Berkshires.
