5.Cause of occurrence:
(1) Cloud Network Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd. (the ��Issuer��), the
offshore wholly-owned subsidiary of Foxconn Industrial Internet Co., Ltd.,
as the Issuer has established the offshore guaranteed U.S.$2,000,000,000
(or the equivalent in other currencies) Medium Term Note Programme on
November 29, 2021. The aggregate amount of the guarantee provided by Foxconn
Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. for the Medium Term Note Programme will be no
more than U.S.$2,000,000,000 (or the equivalent in other currencies), and the
specific guarantee amount is subject to the actual size of the drawdown under
the Medium Term Note Programme.
(2) Cloud Network Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd has applied for and received
an approval-in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Limited for the
establishment of the Medium Term Note Programme. The offering circular of the
Medium Term Note Programme has been published on the website of the Singapore
Exchange Limited (www.sgx.com) on December 1, 2021.
