Great American Cleanup Call for Volunteers

The Parks & Recreation Department, in collaboration with Keep Las Cruces Beautiful, an affiliate of New Mexico Clean and Beautiful, will host this year's Great American Cleanup, from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 27, 2024.

A lunch will be provided for all volunteers from noon to 2 p.m. at the following Walmart Supercenter locations:

• 571 Walton Boulevard.
• 1550 S. Valley Drive.
• 3331 Rinconada Boulevard.

Individual volunteers, groups, and civic organizations are invited to register for this year's Great American Cleanup. The public can do their household clean up and dispose of collected trash in large roll-off containers to be located throughout Las Cruces and Doña Ana County.
