Average monthly rent was €8.3 per square metre in the second quarter of 2021

Vienna,2021-09-09 - In the second quarter of 2021, the average monthly rent (including running costs) was €8.3 per square metre and €553.6 per dwelling, as Statistics Austria reports. Compared to the previous quarter, the average monthly rent including running costs has thus remained unchanged.
